A tribute to one of the world's best gestures—here's hoping, I wish, I'm lying, and good luck! Everyone needs a little luck sometimes. Instead of walking around with your fingers crossed, let your shirt do all the work. Wear it loud and proud or hide it under your favorite power suit. Good for the versatile sports fan; no matter the team, no matter the season. Produced by Cotton Bureau.
As a number, 1 billion is an almost unimaginable. Here’s a way to help you imagine it. Use 1 billion—with its nine zeros—to measure your time. Look forward to your 1-billionth-second birthday. Mark it. Celebrate it. Then keep counting. Measure 1 billion with the seconds of your life.

To be honest, the best part of designing a website for NOVO Construction was flipping through photos of their work. NOVO’s responsible for building some of the most desirable modern workspaces—Google, Yelp, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, you get it. My job was to let their work shine and make sure the site looked modern, attractive, and strong enough to match.
I created a responsive layout with a focus on photography so that the site looks great on everything from a mobile phone to a widescreen display. Now potential clients and modern architecture enthusiast can be blown away by NOVO's amazing work no matter where they are or what device they're using.
Hand Gesture Icons
Rock On! A-OK. Scout's Honor. We communicate a lot with our hands. That's why these gesture icons were a natural fit for The Noun Project, "Creating, Sharing and Celebrating the World's Visual Language."
These icons are designed to fit together naturally or can be used individually. They have major impact no matter what size they are. Check them out, make something awesome, and let me know if you do.
I dare you to picture 42,874 people. It’s impossible. But Wrigley Field—that's something you can wrap your head around.
Muzeview, “an independent competitive intelligence and market research company,” asked me to take dry market research—communication trends from law and accounting firms—and make it easy-to-grasp and fun. The job called for simple and colorful data visualization and quick, custom illustration.

Branding, Website, Printed Collateral
In a nutshell, Gift Gather is a crowdfunding site for gifts. As design founder, Adam found ways to simplify and streamline the way we collectively give/receive gifts without sacrificing any of the excitement, rewards, and joy that this process gives us. He was responsible for all elements of design, from creating the brand to building the website’s user interface.
Illustration, Graphic Design
I had just moved from NJ to Montana when the editors of Cutbank, a magazine founded by Pacific Norwest literary hero, William Kittredge, asked me to supply illustrations for their 72 | 73 issue. I can’t adequately explain how much my new environment affected me. But the illustrations—let’s call them ‘aliens of the natural world’—come close.
